The U-shaped house uses long, straight walls of white or glass that let you view the ocean as much as possible. Dark hardwood flooring is found throughout, with large glass walls dividing rooms and the patio that slide open to change the set-up of the space. The patio by the pool includes a dining area with a outdoor fireplace. And this is just part of Paul Allen’s collection of multi-million dollar properties. He recently dropped another $25 million on a penthouse on New York City’s Fifth Avenue which features an expansive rooftop terrace. And yes, all his neighbors are obviously at least multi-millionaires to get a spot in there too.
