Andrew Wiggins signed a 5-year, $146.5 million max contract extension with the Wolves that will have him locked in until 2023. The contract is a straight five-year deal that does not include a player option. Despite signing the contract this week, the Wolves offered him the extension back in August. A part of why the deal took so long to get done is because Wiggins decided to fire his longtime agent Billy Duffy shortly after the team offered him the contract, essentially opting to sign the contract without an agent.

No, there’s another story that’s dominated the headlines: San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick not standing for the Star-Spangled Banner during any of his team’s preseason games. A quick refresher: to protest current racial and police tensions within the country, Kaepernick opted not to stand while the National Anthem was being sung. He did this for two weeks and nobody made a peep about it, but suddenly, by the third week of the preseason, it had become a huge deal.

Moore negotiated a deal with Miramax which guarantees him 27% of all of his film’s net revenues.

She can afford it, with $11 million earned over the course of the year, making her the 10th highest paid actress in the world.
She was an associate producer on Part Time Fabulous in 2011. Erin married Jack Hayes in 2004 and the couple has two daughters. In 2016, Erinn began starring in the CBS sitcom Kevin Can Wait co-starring Kevin James. After the first season, it was revealed that Erinn had been replaced by Leah Remini, Kevin’s former co-star on King of Queens. It was a somewhat controversial and unusual move to replace a starring actor on a popular sitcom after one successful season.
Considering the ever rising popularity of the NFL, NBA, and college football playoffs, it is not hard to see ESPN’s parent company, Disney, still making a tidy profit from the world’s love of sports. That is not expected to get easier in the near future, though, with many people choosing to cut the cable cord. Over the last two years, estimates have ESPN’s subscriber count down seven million, from 99 to 92 million.
Players that make one of the three All-NBA team rosters at the end of the season are eligible to receive Designated Player status. The rewards can be huge, with players potentially earning salaries in excess of $200 million. The teams win, too, because they get to keep their star players. Of course, the rule was put in place to benefit players, but so far, there’s been much more chatter around who it’s excluded.
Fun Ferrari facts: Up until a few months ago, Ferrari had always stuck to a strict production limit of 7,000 cars every year. This limit is in place to ensure that demand always far outweighs supply, even in a bad economy. At the behest of their FIAT corporate overlords, starting this year Ferrari will raise their production limit by 5%. That’s an extra 350 cars per year. In 2013, Ferrari generated approximately $3.

Although Fatt was unenthusiastic about the project at first, he went on to become an integral member of the group, having created the popular character Henry the Octopus (in addition to performing as Henry’s voice) and inspired one of The Wiggles’ songs entitled “Wake Up, Jeff!” Fatt was uncomfortable around children during the early years of The Wiggles, and considered those early shows highly traumatic. Fatt’s famous “sleeping” schtick came from Fatt’s real life proclivity for grabbing cat naps in between shows.
All of that success adds up to a net worth of $40 million. Not bad for a guy who hasn’t yet turned 23! Of course, while Spieth is enjoying his successes, the company that sponsors him is smiling proudly, too. Much like they did with Steph Curry, Under Armour snatched up Spieth well before he was a household name. For that, they can thank… former New York Giants long snapper Ryan Kuehl?

While it makes sense from a basketball perspective – the Warriors set the regular-season record for wins last year before losing a 3-1 lead of their own in the Finals – there’s also the appeal of being nearby a lot of great minds and companies in the Bay Area. Durant’s latest investment? The micro-investing app Acorns, which hopes to introduce investing to people (particularly millennials) in a very simple way.
Keeping up with the Kardashians isn’t the only TV show you might recognize the house from, since it was also used as a filming location for series like American Horror Story and True Blood. But the home’s exterior is its most famous side, used for establishing shots on Keeping up with the Kardashians for security reasons. Kim Kardashian explained why this was done on Mobio Insider: On the inside, there’s 7,843 square feet of space complete with touches like several chandeliers, elaborate fireplaces, a private screening room, “nine enormous bathrooms,” and a luxurious two-story entryway – all worthy of the Kardashian personal brand, even if they never set foot inside of the house in question.

Between 2005 and 2014, Williams played for the Philadelphia 76ers (2005-2012) and the Atlanta Hawks (2013-2014). On June 30, 2014, Williams was traded to the Toronto Raptors, along with draft rights to Lucas Nogueira, in exchange for John Salmons and 2015 second round pick. He went to the playoffs five times between 2008 and 2014 (Philadelphia in 2008, 2009, 2011 and 2012 and Atlanta in 2014).
Escamilla’s first mistake was taking a day off from work on August 7th for a doctor’s appointment. On the day in question, the Cameron County Juvenile Justice Department received an order of 800 pounds (!!) of fajitas, supposedly for the office’s kitchen to prepare for detainees. Fajitas aren’t on the menu at this particular institution, though, and when the delivery driver was told this he answered back that he had been making such deliveries there for almost ten years.
